G01H smdcode....what it could be?

There are 3 chips marked as "G01H". Any idea what they might be?

"G0" is a digital PNP transistor pair. Does it fit the application?

Yes,,,,,,other DCC decoders use similar chips. I'll measure them out of the PCB.........I wasn't able to get 44k ohms between base-emiter. It might be faulty. Thanks for the feedback.
