Hi there,
I just bought a new PCI USB 2.0 card and after examining it, it looks like
the outer sheath (plastic wrapper?) on one of the capacitors has a tiny
hole in it, exposing a little of the metal underneath. Is this something I
should be concerned about (should I return the card?), or is it just a
cosmetic issue?
Thanks!
