Can we see the bottom side of the board to see how it is connected? It looks like inrush current limiter.

the 012 may be either 1.2 Ohms or 12 Ohms. What resistance does it read right now at the two legs?

OK, it is what I thought what it is, it is Inrush current limiter, the Line (Hot) voltage (black wire) is fed into one leg, output is fed to the AC input of the bridge. Are you able to take the resistance reading on its two legs? What kind of product is it.
You may have shorted load that is why it is damaged like that.

It's from the motor on a clothes turn wheel like at a dry cleaner. I'll try to check the resistance tomorrow but I can't test anything inline as its from my friends dry cleaning business so he old have to shit down while we put it in. Thanks for the help!

Is the main fuse on this good? The motor control chip (or transistors) might have shorted causing the NTC to pop.

I do not see 12 Ohms, you may be able to use 10 Ohms instead

which would be better to use the 10 or the 14 ohm?

I would get both,
The 10 Ohms will limit the max current to 12A in-rush.
The 14 Ohms will limit the max current to about 8.6A in-rush.
We do not know what the load running current is, so we need to measure the voltage drops on them to see how much it will have to dissipate the power drop once it is heat up (resistance will drop to low value once the current start flowing through the NTC).
What is the main fuse rating?

ok thanks. im trying to order the 14 ohm one but its a minimum or 200... are there any where i can just buy one? sorry i dont know how to look these up. I am also thankful for your assistance.
