    NAND Flash Array Schematics

Hi everyone. Wasnt sure where to seek help for this project. But here it is:

I am looking for some kind of circuit schematics of NAND flash array. Something similar to Solid State Drives. I really cant find any schematics that involve multiple NAND storage chips connected together to form an array just like in SSD or pc RAM for that matter :-)

Please if any one knows some hidden corner on the internet :-)

These are useful links that I found:
    NAND Flash 101
    NAND Flash Applications Design Guide
    CO-Design of NAND Flash
TSOP, BGA, LGA, & COB Nand Flash

In other words you're trying to find SSD schematics?

You're unlikely to find anything as the manufacturers keep them secret.

However there isn't much to them, the standard NAND flash interface is well-known (and defined by ONFI) and all the SSDs simply connect each flash' data and command lines to the cotroller directly. Power and ground will be shared.

Simply examining an SSD's PCB will be sufficient to get the idea.

Schematics to an array of NAND flash. Just an idea is not enough. I am looking for actual schematics.

I am not looking for schematics to one particular model of SSD by manufacturer that has its schematics in secret; but something general to go from. Like 2 or 4 flash connected together and see how schematics change when more chips are added.

Connect all the data and command lines of each chip to the appropriate pins on the controller. Connect the power and ground rails of each in parallel.

          There's not much beyond that.

The connections between the controller and NAND flash devices depends on the controller manufacturer, as far as I know.
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

I'm trying to explore on fixing things like this GPU I have, it got two resistors missing when I received It. Its for an old PC the seller even told me its r5 240 and seemed its even flashed to show its r5 240 but the PCB says 109-C55357-00_02 V309 OUGA11 please can I get its schematics and Bios Flash? It has 1GB DDR3 memory, and I believe it is based on AMD Oland XT/Pro (HD 8490). thanks in advance!...

Swap nand flash smartphone for data recovery
              by DoOm86
              Hello everyone.
I would like to know more about the following topic:
Nand flash on smartphone for data recovery.

I have been reading of people swapping nand flash from a faulty mainboard to another in order to save the data.
But I also read about encrypted data which to be read must been swap also cpu, or nfc or something else where is located the key to make the data being readable.
How does it works? How do I know if data are encrypted or where is the key?

I know there are also very expensive external socket where you can put the nand flash in...

[Help] Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 (DA0LS3MBAF0) – 25Q80DVN1G Flash Is All FF, USB-C PD Stuck at 5V
              by ekozeko333
              Hi all,
I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers
🧠 What I’ve Done So Far
              Flashed...

Nikon D800 camera - flash don’t work and capacitor don’t charge
              by corrize
              Hello, I'm stuck in troubleshooting…
The flash system works like that : when the (mechanic) flash button is pressed, the flash mecanically pop up, and a circuit buck boost elevate 7v (batt) to 200-300v (?) for charging the big capacitor. And when the photo shoot button is pressed, the capacitor is discharged in the xeon light.

In the D800, there is a first « power board » close to the battery. 2 wires (batt 7v) goes to another little « flash board ». I measured 7v, so ok.
When I press the flash button, it's detected by the system, flash icon appear on LDC display....
