I have problem identifying a SOT23 SMD device. It is labeled WAW. I know this is a diode, possibly a zener. Device is part of the gate driver logic in a switch mode PSU. Anyone that can help me with this issue.. Thanks.

I think I finally found it myself.
The correct way is to read as %AW, the first letter being a placeholder for manufacturing site.
This gives us a Nexperia PMEG4010ET, single schottky in a SOT23 package.Comment

by kjellsI have a problem identifying a SMD device. This is likely a SOT23-5 package, and it is labeled as 72 2B 06 in tree different rows. See also attached picture. Device is part of the gate driver logic in a switch mode PSU.

by NevilletHi All,
I'm trying to repair a PCB that has some surface mount SOT23 devices that apear to be transistors but testing them on the board are giving confusing results.
Its named FS45 but I can't find a datasheet that seems correct.
The device is used in 10 places on the PCB. In 4 cases they appear to be controling triacs and the attached picture it shows it connected to a BT136 triac with the FS45 connected to the gate leg of the BT136.
Can anyone identify the device and suggest an alternative?
Many thanks.

by NilssenHi,
As topic sais, i need help identifying a SOT23 NPN transistor.
Marking on the transistor is labeled 6CE, will try uploding a picture. -
by NevilletHi All,
I'm trying to repair a swich mode PSU and have found a shorted TO220 device but cannot track it down.
The markings are:

by YolofolkssHi this is a really odd case.
I have removed all of the esd ic for USB 3.0 and 2.0
I measured all of the data lines and 5v usb voltage lines there are no shorts
all of the USB ports have no damage
Clearing the bios using the jumper wont help.
it is still showing USB overcurrent device
the only temporary fix I've tried and worked so far is flashing the bios
and the error is gone
but when you start the motherboard with a USB device still attached
the USB over current device error is back. the bios needs to be externally flashed... - Loading...
