Need help identifying a SOT23 device labeled WAW

I have problem identifying a SOT23 SMD device. It is labeled WAW. I know this is a diode, possibly a zener. Device is part of the gate driver logic in a switch mode PSU. Anyone that can help me with this issue.. Thanks.

        Thank you for the reply.
I think I finally found it myself.
The correct way is to read as %AW, the first letter being a placeholder for manufacturing site.
This gives us a Nexperia PMEG4010ET, single schottky in a SOT23 package.
