    Digital MMeter Freq. Scale

    Hi

I used my newly purchased Mastech MY68
    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=5700

to test an Asrock 775V88+ Mobo xtal
    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...4026#post54026

It appears the 32.768kHz xtal is faulty and will be replaced.
However to test the other xtals on system boards such
as the typical 14.18 and 25MHz xtals I will require, if possible,
to get source a meter with a frequency range up to 30MHz

    What would forum members recommend?
A mmeter such as specified or, spend the money on
a bench freq test unit and/or
    a scope?

    Thanks

The MY68 only goes to 200kHZ
I require to source a meter which can read possibly over 20 and
      up to 30MHz

RCBS Chargemaster 1500 scale & powder dispenser
        by TortureGarden
        Good morning all.

I have an RCBS Chargemaster 1500 combo electronic scale/powder dispenser that I have been using without issue for 15 years or more. I powered her up to do some reloading the other week and the LCD panel backlight & characters lit-up and then immediately, the characters faded-out, leaving just the backlight illuminated. I thought it may have been a one-off so, I tested again (and again...), with the same result.

I separated the scale from the dispenser and disassembled the scale. Nothing obvious observed that could be causing the issue, caps look...

Weird clipping on Logitech Z-10 speakers
        by dreamlayers
I bought used Logitech Z-10 computer speakers. They can act as a USB audio device or accept line input, and they have a headphone output jack. Some music didn't sound right, so I played a frequency sweep and heard other frequencies and beat frequencies between them and the sweep. I uploaded a spectrogram of a frequency sweep. From the very start, some but not all odd harmonics are visible, indicating symmetric distortion. Then at higher frequencies there are descending images of those harmonics, indicating non-linearity and constant higher frequency noise mixing with the harmonics. The image of...

lowest current galvanometer/analog meter (passively powered!)
        by eccerr0r
Most analog meters are actually current driven - a current is needed to deflect the pointer full scale. They can be lots of different values. There are ones that can take several amperes to swing the pointer as they have internal shunts.

On the other hand there are many that are rated in microamps for the intent that they draw as little power as possible from the devices under test. Some are 1mA, 500µA, 200µA, 100µA, and the ubiquitous 50µA frequently used in analog VOMs. There are even 20, 25, 30 µA and even down to 10µA. Been collecting a bunch of different ratings and...

Schematic Digital Audio mixer RCF type M18
        by Bektronics
        Hello dear audio friends.

I am feverishly looking for the full electronic schematic (not a block diagram) of the RCF type M18 digital audio mixer.
The device does not make a WIFI connection with my Apple tablet and yet I have already installed the recent app on it.
I suspect that there is a problem in the mixer itself with the WIFI card and of course I would like to see this on an extensive schedule before opening the device.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help me with this schematic.
Of course, all information about this digital mixer and possibly references...
