OK, Let's go. First, my guess is the LED screen?... Unfortunately in TV repair business is no guess!

Within 10 seconds ( with my poorman led tester), I knew problem is not the LCD screen....

        pic2: 19.6v ..... 19.6v / 0.8v(diode reverse votage) = 24.5( diodes in series) so, I need to reverse the test lids.

pic3: 61.1v /2.65v (this tester with 1 TV LED show 2.65v at pic7) = 23.05 LEDs (in this circuit loop).

        pic4: 61.8v /2.65v (this tester with 1 LED show 2.65v) = 23.32 LEDs (in this circuit loop).

        pic5: 61.1v /2.65v (this tester on 1 LED show 2.65v) = 23.05 LEDs (in this circuit loop).

The good LED screen has 23+23+23=69 LEDs and 3 loops each 23 LEDs

I need to hunting the other problem!!!

PS: Poorman's LED TV Backlight Tester.

            I prepare to troubleshooting.........
            Emerson 50' LF501EM4F service manual:

            Found bad connection at d1102

            Shane711
I was about to give up on this but I think I found the problem. I have this power board and no TV to test it in because someone sent it to me hoping I could fix it. Board number BA3AU0F0102_2. I wasn't sure if the board was bad but I read this whole thread and it didn't help me much on this issue but I finally found D614 to be shorted. I have another board I am going to swap out the diode from but I will need to buy some new ones. I can not tell what this diode is. It is only marked "BR"
I also suspect IC601 which I found to be FA5640 Switching Power Supply Control.

This is famous for 10 Emerson TVs have 10 different problems
