What is the main fault on laptop. Maybe´s not a faulty bios

Here you bios totally fixed, if doesn´t work you might consider electronic problem.

now this bord becoming not powering on, even flashed again to it's original bios.

Check soldering pins, check tracks... Check all connections to bios IC some is failing
