560uF/4v in the VRM area of an Intel D845HV board.

seems rohs is going after pvc now.
and to the o.p
the newer fujitsu caps are ok so they are not likely your problem.

From the crappy picture on the data sheet, I'm guessing at RE series, S1 extended type. 560uF/4v
