@s2udio
It isnt one of those either! did you see post 22 - gave the details of the wrong diode.
Any ideas on a T2D 80 It gets mentioned here and there but no data sheet
those manuals aren't any use one requires zeus engine.
What manuals..cant see them
Then dl it ...if you got the manuals then link it !
Zeus is free and opens the tosh manuals fine..
Tired of playing guessing games with diodes,
Most of the time things ain't what they seem to be
I download and installed the DWF viewer from Autodesk, and still cannot see some of the files (I get blank page with gray box). Let us know how you do it, thanks.

Inside the SM zip there are a few html files with the manual pages. Just open those. Toshiba's Zeus is completely useless IMO.
Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
For service manual, schematic, boardview (board view), datasheet, cad - use our search.
Install Zeus ,
Right click on the HTML manual file,
Select "Open with" Internet explorer,...dont work with firefox.
The file should open with an active x warning in IE...
Allow active x control in the warning bar ,(right click)
And the manual should open....if parts dont appear or it refuses to open,
Your IE security settings are to high ,lower the security level.
Looks like the part no's are not on the schematic,
D203 appears to be a standard Ultra fast schottky diode ..3A should do it.
D201 ,202 look identical from the schem and are back to back
Ultra fast diode packs..
Are you sure all those diodes are dead ??
Seems unlikely to me...should be a charred mess if so !
How is this Diode connected to the circuits? Is it connected in parallel with the winding of the transformer? is the Cathode side connected to the filter cap positive leg? If it does, then it will be just a Schottky Rectifier Diode.
I also hate to bring back a dead thread. But was wondering if the type of diode for D203 was determined? Or if the problem with the Power supply was ever identified.
I would really like to just replace the diode and see if that resolves the problem rather then spending $40 on a replacement power supply.
