Re: Toshiba 32AV502R
I did get it working I started replacing caps but wasn't able to get that power supply working, so I decided with the time and money spent looking around for the parts that purchasing a new power supply was the way to go. The TV's been working great since.

Re: Toshiba 37AV502R BAD Psu?
Hope it's not too long to bring this thread back. Did you ever get the power supply working. I have the same problem with my power supply I tried replacing the small cap in the heathere area. After doing the heating test which brings the TV back to life. I don't see a wild flucuation on the 5v line I'll get 5.3v then when the TV is misbehaving it only drops to 4.9v, I might not be doing the measurements right.
I'm also wondering if the Diode D203 which has the markings T2D80. The leads on both sides look a little burnt so I'm thinking...

Re: Toshiba 32AV502R
Hello All,
I also hate to bring back a dead thread. But was wondering if the type of diode for D203 was determined? Or if the problem with the Power supply was ever identified.
I would really like to just replace the diode and see if that resolves the problem rather then spending $40 on a replacement power supply.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
James
