Hello everyone, could you give me a hand? I need to clean the region of this bios that I don't know if it's blocked either, the equipment turns on but shows a yellow band above and it doesn't go there, thanks for the help regards

Hello guys I have problem with this bios bin file
Every time I try to repair me region and touch screen no success ( I can not install firmware for touchscreen and me region on windows or when it boot up)
Can someone help me it's bin file from surface pro 4 i5 6300u 4gb ram
And I have a question can I swap this bin file to another surface pro 4 same model

Hi
I have surface pro 4 with i7-6550u CPU
The problem is tablet cannot update ME Region via windows update
After the restart i have surface logo and tablet is trying to update ME region but restarts.
After looking in the device manager I have an exclamation mark in surface ME and code 10.
I dumped the contents of bios via a programmer and tried to clean ME region in FIT but got the following error message.
If someone could clean me region for me it would be great.

Hi, i have a surface pro 4 which does not charge over 49%. I used another firmware and now battery has been able to charge past 49%, it is at 76% now as I write for this request. I hope you can help me clean the file. Thank you

i have flash with one and it worked but without touch
i have the backup of original image
