hard drive issue

I have a hard drive 320gb split in to five different drive letters,how do i combine them to get the full 320gb on one letter.

Wipe it and repartition with one primary partition and filesystem of your choice.

What file system, what are the partitions? Is there data on the partitions you want saved?

In Windows you right click on my computer and select manage. When the snap in loads click on disk management at the bottom. You can then right click on the partitions and delete them.
