This is the connector MacMini G4 and want to adapt it to connect SATA hard disks ... I should do? thank you very much

adapters are cheap, but fitting it in the case may be tricky.
maybe going SSD would be simpler.

if that is a sata dvd interface then no,
but if it's an IDE/ATAPI interface on the adapter then yes - it would work.
one other thing to keep in mind.
the apple may not boot a harddrive on the second interface - it depends on the bios.
are you looking to fit 2 sata drives?
because if you are - keep in mind you will be generating extra heat.
