When you reboot, login to the new user account. We need to know if you get the slowdown problem on a new account after a reboot.

Logging off and logging on after it's all up and running doesn't prove if it's the account or the computer.

The SATA cable is the data cable for your hard drive, which uses the SATA interface as shown by your photos.

I can enable SMART in Bios, though that would require rebooting, so, I must prepare for the "snail like" loading time... I'm doing this now.

That SATA cable is confusing me though. I have no idea what it is.

It points to the hard drive being bad, please try to enable SMART in the BIOS
And as has been adviced before it would be a good idea to try with another SATA cable to the harddrive.

Just did, I have two users now, and for reason, its loading up fast now. Without freezing, I'm on the new user now. Again, is this weird?

After I installed windows updates. And all those Microsoft .Net language updates. I actually did another test. I just logged off the user, and then logged back on, and doing this (without shutting down) everything started up fast and easy. Like its supposed to. Again, I did this without shutting the computer down. Is that weird?

Yes it is safe to keep a computer always in hibernation or sleep mode.
But keep in mind it will need to reboot when installing Windows updates...

Reading your first two posts in this thread again I have a question:
Was it slow from when you made a fresh installation of Windows 7?
Or did it only become slow after you installed all the Windows Updates?

I will, but I won't shut down the computer, the least I'll do is put it in hibernation, or sleep mode. Is this safe?

I just check the link (C:\Windows\Minidump) in windows explorer, and there were no files. Not sure what antivirus to use.

I wasn't saying he shouldn't do a virus scan - in fact since he appears to have no antivirus I think this is actually a good idea. I'd also recommend NOD32's online scanner as well, since they have one of the better detection ratios.

I haven't actually used HJT for a long time.

Did a quick test just now on my own Windows 7 Laptop and I don't get any weird missing files listed like his one - and that was without running it as admin either.

I'll take a 7 year old C2D era PC over that piece of junk any day. Those cheap celery, erm, Celeron CPUs are slower than a Desktop C2D.
