    Bad Caps

Are OST and Teapo still considered badcaps? Does ECS still use them exclusively? I'm kind of stuck in a ditch with money and my compy's broke so the only board in my range (plus a Sempron 3000+) is the ECS C51GM-M at Neweg.

I wouldn't trust it. Teapos are known to go open, and of course you know OST all too well.... Recap it before you install it. Preventative maintenance is the best way!

The last X-series (budget) motherboard I had from Asus had decent capacitors IIRC... can't comment on the AM2 socket variants though
