                      If you are interested in getting the promo movies I extracted the torrents out of the dreadful Blizzard downloaders, so you can use them in your favorite torrent app instead

                          Apologies if this is in the wrong section but being a car alarm siren that makes noise i thought it be best to put it in the audio section.
                          Had weird alarm issues where siren made a strange noise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjsqndhionU
                          took siren out of the car and checked it out and pics attached seem to be the source of the issue.
                          shockingly the alarm still makes its normal sound if i trigger it manually so speaker seems to be intact.
                          getting a replacement is gonna be next to impossible, its a Toad Ai606 which is no longer in production and cant see to find a replacement...

                          Anyone familiar with this kind of display artifact?

                          At a superficial glance, it sort of looks like screen-tearing. But that square-wavy boundary is weird...

                          The phenomenon was detected on
                          • 3 screen <=> PC combos consisting of
                          • 2 different screens (same model: Philips BDM4065UC)
                          • driven by 2 different PCs via
                          • 2 different Nvidia GPU models (one desktop, one mobile) multiple generations apart,
                          • running on 3 different Nvidia drivers, each with siginficant age-gap,
                          • under Win10 Pro 22H2.

                          Damaged GPU Inductor Query

                          Hey all, iv got a graphics card ( Nvidia RTX A1000) it has a chipped inductor on it. Now the card seems to work perfectly fine with no issues so i get the feeling i should just leave it be and carry on using it but to be on the safe side i would like to keep a spare inductor in stock incase i feel like replacing it one day.
                          Any one know which part number i should get? the pics show it to be a 1R0 but not sure on package size etc. RS components is close by to me and my preferred place to go for genuine electronics stuff.

                          Hello there!
                          I'm curious to know what would happen if you moved the resistors to the other location while viewing a DIMM_SEL in the schematics.
                          i know if you move all of them to the other location you will be effectively disabling the onboard memory.

                          but im curious to know what would happen if you ONLY do it for specific ones?

                          i have a bad ram chip on a laptop motherboard and id rather be able to use that laptop than paying 500 bucks for a new motherboard. and im not good with soldering ram so im not gonna attempt to fix it that way. (not that i know which...

                          This is my first posting, so forgive me everyone in advance if I made mistake(s) in my posting.

                          I know there have been much about this plama tv already and I have read through most what I could find. However; I still have not come across any service lit/schematics for this tv. I even looked for the 50PS11 which would be basically relevant other than display size.
