    This aint' healthy at all

I had to pull my laser printer after a very nasty paper jam and this involves unpluggung the printer.
I blindly reach around and find the door covering the printer cable.
First of all I break the hinges off the door.
After searching for the clips holding the parallel cable (power is off but it's cord is still in place) I give it a good yank and pull the cord halfway out. In a split second my index finger falls in the space between the half-removed connector and i get a rather nasty jolt! I spend a few minuets in the corner (I get unber nervous after a good one) and go back to the pull but before so I pull the power cord and I don't get another shock. I checked over the system at least two times and I can't find any shorted spots. Is there some high voltage flowing through those cables that I am not aware of? the server is fine and never acted up so it isn't feeling the high voltage (i think).
    Find Nedry!

    Check the Vending machines!!
