Video Card Suggest?

Hi guys; i have this PC system and need to get a Graffic Card with
VGA, DVI D,SViDEO or RCA conposite outputs that doen't cost a harm and a leg, MY PRESENT CARD HAS DVI D,VGA OUTPUTS iwhat you guys suggest.thanks in advance

It will be hard to help you if you don't say what you plan to do with this computer. Unless you're gaming, you can keep the integrated graphics chip of the CPU.

Thanks for your response, i need Svideo or composite video out too, so i can feed a RF modolator to feed Analog RF coaxial for analog tv for the other tvs in other rooms from the pc.

the set up i have now i have dvi and vga so i can't send signal from the pc to my other old analog tvs in other rooms.and this is for my live soccer games when i am in other rooms.

If this is how it looks like inside your computer, then no this PCI card won't be compatible since the H61 chipset of the motherboard doesn't support the old PCI (hence no PCI slot).

You will need a PCI-E 16x graphics card, but the composite output has been dropped a long time ago and S-Video output tend to get more and more rare, so a better alternative would be a TV tuner card on a PCI-E 1x slot like this one for example : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16815306039

Thanks guys: Super Duty; will this tuner card output to the S Video or Composite video the same live video when I'm watching the same video streams as I'm watching with the Intel graphic card or i have to change to this tuner card to be able to watch the same video live streaming in other rooms on the analog TVs?and how easy is it to change so i don't loose much time conf. the output on the desktop.thanks in advance.

For Linux, if using it as a HTPC, I would recommend the nVidia GT430. You can find them at places like Newegg.com:

But, they don't make one with SVideo outputs. You can get a cheap adapter that will do it.

Thanks but i have this pc to tv link bellow but it only receives low resolution if i have the mirror resolution for hd 1950x1080 then the pic will be to big on this pc to tv,the only way was if i could configure different resolutions on separate monitors but it seems that it doesn't work not on my pc card.

That might work, if you can figure out which part applies to your video.

An easier method would be to try using the display settings GUI. In Mint, open this:

Menu->Preferences->Displays

It should show all connected displays. Uncheck the box that says"Mirror displays". Then select the resolution you want for each display from the dropdown menu.

Thank guys; Today i was surprised when i went through my old pc hardware scrap and found on an old HP an ATI Radeon 9000 64M ,will i find drivers for linux mint 14?Thanks in advance

Ok i just opened up the linovo think center 71 and found out that the graffics card actually is part of the mother board what i peice of crap pc but i can say for what i do streaming hd live and browse the internet it does a good job.
