Can ESR be too low for bypass capacitors?

    Can ESR be too low for bypass capacitors?

    I know I'm not supposed to use capacitors with too little ESR in circuits involving inductors, but what about caps for just bypassing purposes?

    For bypassing purposes, I think is ok to use low ESR.

    You can also use low ESR caps in inductor-related circuits, but only if they are designed to use low ESR capacitors!
