Not so bad Very High graphics settings at 1440x900 (native resolution of my monitors not happening apparently) with the highest Draw Distance possible!

My stick of Celery isn't doing to bad either, 50% usage.

For my friend to use when he comes over. When I've cleaned up my desk I'll take a picture, I think it is quite impressive

and this is the first Celeron CPU I've ever actually liked. It's now going to be my go-to CPU for low-cost computers I build for people.

I already built a win7 g540 for a friend and yeah it runs win7 pretty good, not super but pretty good. Its sandy bridge, thats why. Very efficient dual core @ 2.5ghz. Add some DDR3-1600 (I do this so the SPD of the DDR3 will put it down to cas 7 cause it will only run it at 1333)...where most normal ddr3 1333 is already currently cas 9

            AMD 7900 XTX VDD_MEM short
            by karoliens
I am working on AMD 7900 XTX board that initially had faulty E, F, G, H memory channels (near PCIE). Board is also bent.

I have reused G and H modules and put new E and F modules. Now no failed channels are detected, but I measure VDD_MEM - 0.4 Ohm to GND.

            Other measurements are as follow:

            VDD_SOC - 0.7 Ohm VDDCR_GFX - 0.3 Ohm VDDCR_USR - 4.4 Ohm VDD_MEM - 0.4 Ohm VDDCI_MEM - 11.3 Ohm 1.8V_S5 - 379 kOhm 0.75V - 48 Ohm 12V_BUS - 4.4 kOhm 3.3V_BUS - 1.3 kOhm

I guess it is either dead core or something else is shorted on the VDD_MEM line.

            PS5 EDM-020 Display problem
            by tommy97
            Hi,

I have a PS5 with a display issue. After clearing the cache, it works perfectly fine, but when powering the console back on, it starts with no display. To restore the display, I need to reset the cache again, after which it works normally.

The HDMI port has been replaced, filters are fine, and the resolution adjusts automatically, so I assume the retimer is functioning correctly. HDCP is also disabled....

            Hi everyone 🤗
            I have a Lenovo MIX 320-10lCR computer.**
            1. **Operating System**: Windows 10 ** Education** 64-bit.
            2. **User Account Restrictions**: The account I'm using has heavily restricted permissions via **UAC** and **Group Policy**. This means I cannot install any software without admin rights, adjust system time, run Command Prompt as administrator, or modify the registry via Regedit—all are blocked.
            3. **BIOS Password Protection**: The BIOS is locked with a password, preventing me from installing a new operating system.
            4. **BIOS Chip Reflashing**: Currently,...

Lenovo T14 (AMD, gen1) over-voltage protection IC keeps dying.
            by wrobbie
My T14's (NM-C801) main USBC input keeps failing every few months. Initially, it worked fine for several years. The symptom is that once powered from the main USBC port using a 65W power brick, after some time (minutes, hours) charging will fail completely. Powering from the secondary (docking) USBC input still works. This laptop is basically always plugged in. The first time it happened, it took me a long time to find that the FPF2281 over-voltage IC for that USBC input was at fault. When the issue occurs, it will continuously reset power delivery negotiations with the power brick -- according...

New project for a Lipo4 based battery pack for a battery backup that I found an enclosure from Battery Hookup
            by sam_sam_sam
Right now Battery Hookup has these e-bike battery packs that are used but I am going to remove them and test them and see how good they are and maybe resell or reused them for another project this is for another day

When I get the rack mounted enclosure that I mentioned in another post I will see how well they fit in the enclosure and how much room I will have left

            https://batteryhookup.com/products/3...ttery-with-bms

These battery packs are a little bit hard to get out of the enclosure because they were a little bit glue...
