Samxon GD capacitors with Panasonic "T" vents are spotted on a Metalware LGA775 865GV motherboard by "dom" from HKEPC. It is manufactured by PC Partner, model 865GVMS7-AA0GV.

Good eye spotting those, right next to the Nichicons.... lol After the Nichicon HM and HN series disaster, I'm a bit leary of Nichicon these days. Samxon caps showing up in mainstream hardware is a good sign for their product. Along with the experiments conducted here, some 'real world' consumer feedback will also be useful!

Hopefully PCPartner stopped using Licons. I've replaced many these 10mm 4700uF caps. PCPartner makes good inexpensive boards without all the blinking crap.

This is the first time, i saw SAMXON caps used in motherbaord from a mobo factory. It never see this matter in the past. I guess some marketing of mobo factories to keep an eye on Samxon Ultra Low ESR caps now.
