When they came out with plastics and fiberglass some young upstarts thought metal cars were going away.
[Same with the hover-craft back in the '60's.]

When they came out with microwaves some thought conventional ovens would fade away.

When they came out with freeze dried food some thought refrigerators would go way.

Some things just do what they do too well.

They still make radios with AM.
They still make hand saws.

you guys think big business ever give up PCs for this little crap stuff?
remember there is a limit to what a small pocket device can do.

i agree that only more big business will aquire big computers and most people will use laptops.but pc disappearing just a dreaming of a few irresponsible people that don't know nothing about life and technology.
