Re: testing samba
I haven't test anything like this, but I would suggest taking a look at Gentoo Linux (live cd). From what I have heard, Gentoo has been the Admin tool. So there may be away to run a script to simulate activity (example logins, file transfer, port scan...etc)
The Live CD is nice so it does change your actual windows install on the pcs.

I have some 24 volt switching power supply from my battery testing machine that I modified for a different switching power supply that is more suited for my new application and new purpose for testing BMS protection boards
If can find one that I can modify the voltage output on I have a...09-09-2024, 04:47 AM -
by sam_sam_samI decided to try a new approach to testing unbalanced battery cells with my battery testing machine that has more graph curve information and it looks like if you discharge them to 2.00 volts if the battery voltage does not come back to over 3.something volts you have some kind of issue with that battery cell
I going to do more testing and see if is the case or not

by sam_sam_samI just bought this device that came in the mail today I put a set of 4 brand new 21700 high current battery on the charger
The charger has four individual temperature sensors for each battery cell
The bar graph for each individual battery cell is very primitive but will give you a good idea of how each battery cell is preforming and I find something odd I put on the individual battery testing machine that gives more details of the charging/discharging curves but it will be quicker to just charge and discharge battery cells that do not have any issues

by KYBOSHI was watching a YT episode from Nick's TV Repair and he literally had a test jig comprised of all the internal components of a TV on a wooden board.
I thought that was amazingly smart as I always thought that TV repair businesses had a room of various actual TVs they would use to do testing.
My question is how was he able to connect this generic looking external display to the jig? The connectors are intentionally covered up by cardboards so we cant see it but i wonder if its a custom in-house device or something that could be purchased online?

I got this device yesterday and did some testing on some tabbing and some incandescent light bulbs and it seems to work very well from what I can tell but how do I know how accurate the m-ohms section is what can I use to verify it accurately I also tested some li-ion battery cells and this seems to be fairly accurate because I have another tester and they seem to agree with each other
I also checked some capacitors with it that were brand new and seem to show about what I expected to see with my blue capacitor tester so I think it... - Loading...
