Need to identify these caps please

Hi,
I Would be very grateful if the type of the 10uf 25v caps in the photo can be identified, these are on a 15 years instrument board that is fairly used.
Are these solid electrolytics?
Would these go bad?

They seem to be tantalum, but are likely just fine. They seem to be coupling a signal from one pin to the other of the ic.

Are they 100uf 10V?
what are the other markings on them?
