Need help whith choosing right caps

I'm getting ready to recap an Intel D875pbz and need to replace four 10mm 16v 1200uF united-chemicon KZE's in the vrm (not the cap's by the socket). I need to know if I should go with 16v 1500uF or 16v 1000uF MCZ Rubycons? I have some correct 16v 1200uF Rubycon ZL to put in, but would rather go with MCZ. The cpu is powered by six SEPC polymers and five 6.3v 820uF MCZ's. So the question is will the increaced or decreased capacitance from the MCZ's I want be a mistake? Or will the ZL's offer great power to the system?

Also, does anyone know the ESR to a Rubycon 16v 1200uF ZL cap?

ZL is a perfectly adequate replacement for KZE.

Have the KZE failed, or are you just replacing preemptively? KZE is normally a reliable series, so a failure would be ususual, but anything's possible. For the chemicon capacitors, KZG and KZJ are unreliable; KZE is good though.

If they have failed, check your power supply. If the power supply is not sending clean power, it could have stressed them to the point of failing.

Preemptively. It's too late for the KZE. I already desoldered them. I'm trying to build a super duper 3.4ghz, 4gigs ram, HD 3850 P4 system (478). For the heck of it I want to get the cleanest most low noise power to every componet in the system. The power supply is an Antec new true power TP 650W recaped with Rubycon (again lost united-chemicon).

I'm thinking of going with four 16v 1500uF MCZ's. Will this later ruin the diodes or the regulator chip? Has anyone increased capacatance like this before?

For the vrm output, could I change the five 4v 560uF SEPC and five MCZ 6.3v 820uF with ten 2.5v 820uF Nichicon LE Polymers? Or just ten 4v 820uF SEPC? The vrm input is going to be 16v 6000uF at 1.40v max.

            Current value (mixed e+poly): 6.3v 18100uF ???
            Poly mod (2.5v 820uF Nichicon poly): 2.5v 8200uF
            Poly mod (4v 820 SEPC): 4v 8200uF

Does the D875PBZLK need all that capacatance to run a prescott? Or can I do a poly mod?

              Choosing appropriate PoE extender
              by Adenitz
              Hello,
I have an application that uses 4 cameras PoE. I have one PoE switch in a cabinet in a server room while Cameras are outdoor at different locations. The closest camera is at distance about 80m (that is the cable length), while the furthest camera is about 160 meters. For sure, three cameras are more than 100 m from the switch in cable length. Voltage level is about 48VDC (that PoE switch is supplying.
Since PoE is working reliably up to 100 meters, obviously I neeed to use some kind of PoE extenders. In order have two options:
              1. To buy 4 outdoor PoE extenders, like this...

Choosing proper SSD drive for HP 15 - bs0xx board
              by Askic
              Hi guys,
I have hp15 laptop, the model exactly as described here:
              https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebo...x/td-p/8048592
Picture of the SSD slot is attached.

The thing is that I have M.2 2280 SSd drive Kingston A2000, SA2000M8/250 GB.
It doesn't fit, so it seems that this slot on the motherboard is actually for SSD drives with B key, which are pretty rare nowadays, since Nvme are dominating.
When fitting drive to slot normally electronics and labels should be faced upwards to me while installing...

Help choosing capacitors for Asus VW266H
              by Eh546
So i ordered a kit off of amazon, this one, thinking i ordered the right model. It had all the right caps i needed for the power board and most of the video board, i have only 5 caps left on the video board that i need to change, but the ones i have left doesn't have the right voltage/uf.

I would need help choosing the right ones on digikey.ca

              The caps i'm missing are
              25v 47uf
              25v 47uf
              25v 47uf
              16v 220uf
              16v 220uf

The one i have left from the kit are
              16v 47uf
              16v 47uf
              16v 47uf

Need help choosing very quiet case fan
              by lookimback
My PC case fan started squealing about a year ago, so I unplugged it and just left the case open. Now, after the recent exploding polymer cap, I'm thinking that passive cooling may not be good long term. The dimensions are about 92mm square. Bolt holes are about 114mm apart diagonally. The plug for it is 3 wires and it's for an ATX case. I don't really care what it costs, I just want it as close to silent as possible. Trying to Google this and I get a ton of ads which are probably misleading. I'd rather go with something someone else personal experience with.
