Need small help to identify motherboard cap

Hi. I got a motherboard with broken cap in its corner (there is a info next to it says: SB_POWER CLRTC ).

    Specification: FP10K 5XCz 271 16

    As far I understand it is Fujitsu Polymer cap/ lasting time 10K + hours/ 271uf/ 16V.
What 5XCz means? Is it some important information? Can I buy and change it into 270uf (some non silver capacitor f.ex ordinary black)?

    Looks like this:

    270uf,
the last digit is the number of zero's
the 5x line is just a code for date/factory stuff.
just use any 270uf 16v poly
