Help to identify burnt IC on HP Motherboard L75365-001

I am trying to identify this burnt IC, looks like QFN20. The motherboard is starting for a second then stops. This occured after a lignthing strike in my area.

Thanks. Was going cross eyed on the inverted and flipped close up pic of this ic. Is that a fault of the microscope software?
