I'd say probably.

I've bought caps from JEA before and those seemed legit.
Also, they have a 100% feedback rating. That would be hard to keep if they were selling fakes.

Look real to me. Probably NOS. I don't think it would be worth the time to fake a slow mover like that. 3300uF@6.3v perhaps, but not 680uF@200v.

The GQ series has been superseded by the GU series.
