Who is the maker of the first two photos yellow/tan motherboards.
If not ASUS then those caps are in backwards, reverse polarity.

Crappy low end Polymers like Kemet A750 are a good idea for the KZG
1500uF/6,3V is somewhat similar. For the 3300uF you can either also use the A750 or switch to Panasonic FM. Those tend to be a bit larger though.

the 3300's are going to be tricky, the largest poly's iv seen are 2000

There are some new Nichicon IIRC, but they are too low ESR.

BUT: Pana FM are comparable to KZG, just a bit bigger.

bigger is a problem near heatsinks though.
i'm not sure the esr is such a problem in vrm circuits, they are often filled with ceramics anyway.

But id like to know Your opinion about this replacement for 3300uf 6.3v capacitors
                https://www.digikey.com/product-deta...9CT-ND/7381288

They are worth to buy? Universal fit for all boards 10mm footprint, 5mm lead spacing.

                  Re: Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI poly replacements?

thats not a universal fit! your board uses a mix of 8mm and 10mm diameter caps for the cpu vrm output. measure the caps there and make sure the right sizes fit.

the 3300uF ones are 10mm in diameter and the 1800uF ones are 8mm in diameter.

You have no choice as there are no other decent 8mm types available besides polymer capacitors.
Those small 6,3V/1,500uF you have to replace with polymers - or use inferior parts.
The best you can do non polymer is Panasonic FM 1200uF, if you're lucky to find it.

Polymers are easy to find in that size...

                    Not really...
Because they are to replace Ultra Low ESR Capacitors.
The FS Series is new and optimized for size but doesn't have the ripple current and ESR as the KZG Series.

With Polymer Caps for the smaller ones that might work well, without them, it might not be the best idea...

                      by DynaxSC
                      Hi,

I discovered a strange behaviour of GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2 board.

                      General test conditions:
                      - Tested with Core i5 6500 and Core I7 6700K - no difference
                      - Default BIOS settings, but tried also altering several memory setting - does not change anything

                      What is wrong:

With BIOS F1 and F2 the board normally POST's and boots to Windows 11 with 2 x Patriot Viper Steel PVS416G440C9K RAM (4400MHZ, Samsung B-Die chips)

When BIOS upgraded to anything above F2 (ie. F20-F27b) the board POST stucks after 3 Debug Codes on Code C2
                      ...

                      A Dead/DOA Gigabyte GP-P450b 450W ATX PSU
                      by momaka
More eBay specials: this time a Gigabyte GP-P450b 450W ATX PSU for $8 with free S&H. Listed “For part/not working”, as usual. Showed up in a beat up EVGA box without any padding… but that's understandable given the total price. PSU made it out fine without damage. It's a non-modular (yay!), pretty modern-day looking PSU with a black paint and all black cables (meh, not my favorite, but figure it's good to keep a few of these in case I do need one for a more modern PC build, just so my old gray boxes don't look too odd in there.)

And a shot of the label:...
