    3x 1800uF, 6.3V
5x 1000uF, 16V (these are all good but...)

    Motherboard is working.

    i would use 3x 1500/6,3 polymer
    and 1000/16 polymer

i'm not a fan of downrating polymers myself - others may dissagree.

      Re: ASUS P5B-VM poly replacements?

those polymers wont fit as they are typically 10mm in diameter with such high capacitance or voltage. the p5b-vm looks like it uses 8mm diameter caps there and the 1800uF 6.3v caps are clustered together on the board so squeezing 10mm diameter caps there are not physically possible.

those have to be replaced with 1500uF 6.3v caps from panasonic fr series, rubycon zlh series or chemicon kzm series. those are 8x20mm in size and should fit.

the 1000uF 16v caps seem to be used for the cpu vrm input and the replacements can be from the same series as above with the same 8x20mm size.

and lastly, yakusa, please do not link your images to external sites. use the attach files manage attachments function when posting to upload your photos to the forum website.
