Computer-grade electrolytic - shrinking bung seal

I have a shrinking bung seal on one Mallory CGS computer-grade electrolytic 10,000uF 100VDC. ESR and capacitance tests OK. Bung seal several mm down and not sure why, the other three are fine. Can this be fixed?

When I was a kid I blew up one but can't remember what the rubber plug looked like, how long these are. It was electrolyte spray everywhere.

ask yourself why the vent-plug is gone - maybe it vented.

The vent-plug is still there, just shrunk for some reason.
I will hit up CDE tech support and see what they say.

Hi all!

I just bought a pair of ADS L810 speakers, which I've heard are some of the best speakers from that time (late 70's) into the early 80's. I was super excited to test them out and hooked them up and I was very underwhelmed by the treble. The treble was awfully muffled.
