I don't actually own this actual board. I know that this was a popular board that is quite good, I am sure that other posters have this particular board.

Judging from the location of the cap and the physical size. I would guess it's a 470uF 6.3V or 10V capacitor. However this is just a guess from the picture that you linked!!

Hopefully someone can give you a more definitive answer.

It should be OST 1000uf 6,3v. I replaced it with Sanyo 1000uf 10v.
It seems that allmost all "random" caps are OST 1000uf 6,3v on this board.

yeah.. not. i own solderer. but that welding is kinda ugly and i didnt want to make it too difficult. just soldered new cap to remaining feet and glued new cap to mb.

in here its just saying to ude hotglue when you weld or solder some...

Fwiw, I jammed a cd-rom I was testing in my case once and put a huge dent in that same cap, as well as detaching one of the electrodes from the internal foil (I did of course push the cap back down to how it was before the damage). The board worked 100% fine for a year or so until I got around to replacing it, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

A Rubycon in a sea of soon to be replaced OST....
