Unknown capacitor

I am trying to help fix my parents treadmill and their motor control board after a power surge that took out a fuze and a capacitor. We could do a new board, but for a little over $200 fixing it myself seems to be better. (Horizon Fitness Omega TM373) On the capacitor there is no markings other than SCK 0100, That is the best I can tell with it being older and such. Really appreciate any help you can offer!

Its green.... and the markings... Hold on, that's not a capacitor. Its a NTC thermistor actually...

Thanks for the reply lexwalker, hmmm.... shows how much I know. so that explains why I'm having trouble finding it when I search. So what is an NTC thermistor?

Simply put it is a bit like a fuse but deals with small surges a major surge will take it out
protecting the rest of the board. BUT not always - there may be further damage but
if there is, when you replace the thermistor it should not blow again - the fuse will so get a few of them.

I've seen via Google what could be datasheets for an SCK-0100, but unless your Mandarin is good or you know some one who speaks Mandarin (RTP area?), I'd suggest measuring the diameter of the part (in mm, probably) and finding the same-sized part from another vendor from Digi-Key. Look for inrush limiting thermistors.

NTC-Negetive Thermal Coefficient.
Starts as a high resistance and as it is heated the resistance decrease.
