Why group of capacitor measure shorted

When I measure the continuity between the positive and negative terminals of the capacitor on a motherboard or video card (larger sized group of them near CPU), they measure "shorted"

Are they connected in parallel ? or not matter in polarity ?

Is it "temporarily" shorted or permanently shorted? Are you using a mutimeter continuity test or a leakage tester?

Re: Why group of capacitor measure shorted

Usually these chips (GPUs, CPUs, etc...) have a low resistance (a few ohms) across their power supply pins. This is normal. If it is very low, then there might be a problem with it or something else...
