    spec sheet needed

    hey alll, new to the board.

    just hoping someone can help
    need spec sheet on following capacitor

    MEPCO/ELECTRA
    3110DC112T200BMA1
    1100MFD200WVDC
    362-8237

    any help would be most appreciated.

    what device is it installed in?
    is it 85oC or 105oc part?

      hi willawake!

      thanks for responding.
      there is no temp rating on the capacitor.
      i am using these in a wind generator, between the gen and heating elements that are powered.

      it is the ripple current rating that i need to know.

        I tried to find info on this, without luck. FWIW, Mepco/Electra was bought some 15 years ago by Philips. I would suggest not using this part, as it is more than 24 years old - 8237 = 37th week of 1982. I would suggest finding a 1000uF or 1500uF, 200V part from United Chemicon, Nichicon, Panasonic, or Cornell Dubilier in a similar case style. Technology has advanced sufficiently in the past 20+ years that you will probably end up getting a better part.
