It is a very special Hewlett packard multimeter!
and i want to keep it in the best shape...so before i start changing things on it i want to make sure that the caps aren't any special too.

i have seen a lot jamcon tk in the hardwares, but they are bigger, >= 2200uF.
if the "quality factor" isn't important in the design of that multmeter, you may replace it with good caps like rubycon yxf or chemcon km*. but usually i wont bother, 0.22uF - 10uF lytics are usually for signal stabilizer (cmiiw).
days are so short when you actually do something..
