    nobody? please help because they are in a good multimeter...

    I know that they are to small to couse problems but you never know
    with the brands that exist out there! The capacitor says "Tk"

      only way to tell is to test or if suspect replace.

        i think that small cap is an al caps.

        TK. one thing come to my mind is jamicon TK.

        we are blind. what system is that?

        and... what is the problem?

          It is a very special Hewlett packard multimeter!
          and i want to keep it in the best shape...so before i start changing things on it i want to make sure that the caps aren't any special too.

          does jamicon Uses "Tk" on their caps?!

            ya, im sorry, i miss your second post!
            i have seen a lot jamcon tk in the hardwares, but they are bigger, >= 2200uF.

            if the "quality factor" isn't important in the design of that multmeter, you may replace it with good caps like rubycon yxf or chemcon km*. but usually i wont bother, 0.22uF - 10uF lytics are usually for signal stabilizer (cmiiw).
