Hi All,
My Samsung UE22C4000 LED TV won't turn on. The front panel LED blinks and the TV tries to switch on however it resets itself and the cycle of blinking and trying to switch on restarts again.
I suspect a fault in a capacitor in the PS however on inspection, the caps look fine and are all in tolerance when checked via meter. The only 2 caps which seem to be problematic are 2 450v 53uf 10x50 Rubycon KXW 105`c resoviour capacitors placed in parallel just after the input rectifier. Their capacitance are slightly on the low side at 47uf each.
These caps seem to be custom made for space restraints however I have found replacements online. I'm still not sure if these are the actual fault or not as all other components seem to be ok.
Could these caps with this slightly lower reading be the cause?
