I'm attaching the photo's of the power supply and the circuitry inside the TV. I've noticed that the TV LED blinks 3 times and resets. After a few resets, the LED remains steady for a couple of seconds and restarts the 3 blinks cycle. I'm not too sure if this is some kind of code or error alert.

Hi All,

My Samsung UE22C4000 LED TV won't turn on. The front panel LED blinks and the TV tries to switch on however it resets itself and the cycle of blinking and trying to switch on restarts again.

I suspect a fault in a capacitor in the PS however on inspection, the caps look fine and are all in tolerance when checked via meter. The only 2 caps which seem to be problematic are 2 450v 53uf 10x50 Rubycon KXW 105`c resoviour capacitors placed in parallel just after the input rectifier. Their capacitance are slightly on the low side at 47uf each.
