Have an (older) GeForce 6200 card with about 10 of these on it, as well as three caps, look to be polymers. (red print, marked (F with a line on top and under it) 833 821 2.5V). Sometimes this card starts going weird to the point that a reboot is necessary. Any chance that I'm dealing with bad caps here? I'm not sure on the three small ones.

The ones marked with F are Fujitsu, they should be fine.
For the rest, how about you post a picture of the card?
But generally, the KZG capacitors are bad series, wouldn't hurt replacing them - it's just a question if it's worth doing it - sometimes cards are cheaper on ebay compared to the price of replacement caps. -

KZG should always be considered bad.

This is from my son’s gaming computer that at first had minor overheating issues when playing a very intense game with it causing the computer to crash or reboot
