Hello there I need help identifying this components, one of this is probably shorted, because it has low impedance measuring coil from vout to GND, I suspect it might be 5 or 3v but not sure, I don't find any references to this marking codes. If someone has any info please let me know. DFAF JB, CUHF JC. It is from a HP Victus laptop DDR5 CPU AMD. There are no schematics or boardviews for this model, and no datasheet. I read something this chips were proprietary manufactured ๐คท๐ปโ๏ธ. Cannot find even where to buy it ๐.
