It's been impossible to get the schematic of the power supply DPS-247AP and without it it's very difficult to fix

Well I wish chickenwatt told us how he fixed his Power Board. I definitely know my power board is bad because I switched it out and the TV works great! But I need to fix the original board and it looks like I need help because 2 days and I have not been able to locate the problem.

The power supply pulses and I can hear it chirping. I have no 5v standby. 120V coming in and everything is fine until it reaches Q101 (FQPF9N50C). I installed a new one and no difference. Something is causing Q101 to fluctuate. I got a picture but it is not the actual picture.

I have checked all the caps, diodes and transistors.
