It's been impossible to get the schematic of the power supply DPS-247AP and without it it's very difficult to fix

Hi guys, I am repairing this TV of my father and it does not generating the 5 volts for standby.
I change IC901 = ICE3B1565 thinking it was the problem but is the same

Hi guys, I have problem with this dps-247ap power supply also, I have no shorted mosfets, nor blown ic's and not blown anything, I dont have 5 volts at standby, I change ICE3B1565 thinkng it was the problem but still the same.
