OK, I went back and read post 1 again, so do you get any DC voltages on the DC filter in the secondary side of the power supply? At the lead of the PF801 inverter circuits fuse?

Hi - Soldered back yet? new Big Cap fitted?
Set it all up and test the DC voltages on the connector to the main board.
Also check voltage at the fuse as Budm asked meter on vdc black lead on earth screw check each side of fuse with red lead
