Sony KDL-52v5100 55" LCD Issues

So this TV when you turn it on has lines showing up. Now sometimes when I turn it off and back on multiple times they go away. They also are not on immediately when I turn it on it takes about 5 to 10 seconds for them to fade in.

Can any of you give me any ideas n what to check or look into?

Bad Panel connects.No permanent easy/common fix.
YouTube DIYers show temporary "fixes".

Oh as in the Tabs coming apart? I was hoping for a TCON issue but did see a lot of bad panels out there

Screen was bad I scrapped the TV
