Hi Ideapad when Plugged in 3.3vALW and 5vALW are on, but 1.05vALW and 1.8vALW absent. Power led lights and remains always on and laptop not trigger..
Found a burned spot on LV5075B IC, replaced with a new imported IC, but 1.05vALW and 1.8vALW still failing. .
EC IT8586E working voltages and signals are all ok except PBTN_OUT# 2.44V not changing when power button is pushed and EC_RSMRST# always 0.1V ??
Reflashed EC IT8586E and Main bios with newly download dump from Lenovo site to no avail.
Should I fix again a new L5075B and replace IT8586E to solve the issues....

Hello. I bought a faulty Lenovo ideapad 3, but it turns out the 3Valw buck converter burnt a hole through the board. I was able to clean it up, and remove all the shorts. I now can power the 3.3v rails from a bench power suppy while connecting the laptop to its psu, and I get the additional 5valw, 1.8v, and 1.05v, form what I can tell in the schematics, those are the only 4 voltages I should see before turning on, and they are present. Hi, can you disable RAM please? Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IML05 SN: PF1AFJMP
It powers on for about 12-13sec without display and no fan spin and goes off for the same period of time and keeps looping forever. Hope it will help.

Go to the lenovo support site,enter the serial number to find the bios update .Open your backup with a hex editor, search for the word BVDT,you`ll see the bios version DXCN34WW, the latest version from support is DXCN39WW,donload it, extract the first exe using innoextract and the second exe using 7-zip or winrar.Open BIOS.fd ,search for img or biosimg. The off-sets are 12EA10 - 112EA0F (length 1000000) copy into a new file and save.
