Lenovo thinkpad p16 gen1 bios request

Hi good day.
Does any one perhaps have bios back up for lenovo thinkpad p16 gen1.
Board id nm-e062.
I have this board coming from other technicians.
They didn't replace bios chips.

In addition, the official website cannot search for this serial number, and I don't know why. Attached is a picture.

This motherboard has three BIOS chips, two of which are main BIOS.
The machine cannot boot up.
Please help me cleaning.

its very old bios pre production. this was likely early sample board that got sold w fake serial.
this is oldest bios in website readme
N3FUJ01W (exe name) 1.07
(N3FET22W) bios version 1.05
(N3FHT17W) EC version For Factory Use

yours says N3FET13W
if you try to flash a newer bios it might not work due to chipset also likely pre production.

try one this u4902, it came from other board i was fixing. nm-e062.
the other chips were damged.
