As a child I was born dumb and broke everything. I decided to make it my lifes mission to stop beraking things and start fixing things. Learning board repair right now. Seems pretty cool. Running a 7800xt and a 12900k for my computer i never get to game on anymore. Ever since opening my own little tech repair shop at least.

My personal intesests are embedded software, FPGA's, and board repair/fault finding.
I'm relatively new to working on IC's, but I'm currently pursing some certifications in cybersecurity and want to get some repair skills under my belt as well. My traditional education is in mathematics with light programming experience in Java and Python.

I am in-between say a sixth grader and a jr in high school whom is a jock with an IQ of maybe 95 when it comes to my prowess of knowledge in the fine world of electronic gadgets and software barring apparatuses..

I stumbled across Badcaps when my Thinkpad's backlight died.
Found the schematic, found the burnt fuse, replaced it and... well nothing because apparently the screen also went bad.
Looking forward to learn some more

I think the problem is that I lost the voltage at PQ0008 pon 1 -PWRSHUTDOWN which should have been high which was picked up by R9512 VCC3SW, thank you very much for your help

usb meter 20v 0.00 amp, after I took the VSYS measurement the drop was only `9.2v which should have been 10.2v I measured from a normal matherboard machine, the VSYS path resistance to ground diode mode is 1900 thank you
