Hi, I am new here. I want to become knowledgeable about the laptop motherboard repairing. Few years ago my gaming laptop was dead. Since then I really like to learn about electronic and repairing since I'm currently took Bachelor in Electronic Engineering. I want to repair my dead gaming laptop. But it still blur for me how to start. Hope anyone here can guide me. One more things I try to find my motherboard schematic but I cannot find it all over the place i searching. Can anyone help me find Quanta NL9 DA0NL9MB8F0 REV F. I'm so grateful if somebody can help me. Thank you in advance.

My name is Henning Høy, and I am from Copenhagen, Denmark.
I have a background in macroeconomics, but for the past 20+ years, I have worked in an IT department, handling projects of a technical nature. Since my teenage years, like many others, I have been repairing desktop and laptop computers. However, this has never included motherboard repairs until now, as I have acquired all the necessary tools. And wow, it is so much fun. I spend all my free time troubleshooting and soldering defective motherboards. I am far from skilled at it, but I hope that with your help, I can improve and eventually share my experiences.

I'm a trained electronics engineer who started repairing TVs and radios when at school. That's when they had valves (tubes) in them! I've kept up with the technology via my career as an electronics designer. When switched mode power supplies became popular I invented my own capacitir ESR meter to identify and solve "bad caps" problems. With some knowledge of software design to date, I'm currently learning how to upgrade a WordPress website. Most importantly, I hope that I can add valuable tips to the BadCaps forum.
